Our Chef Story
Being around food and the restaurant business for his entire life, is where her found his passion for cooking. In 2010, he became the head pizza chef in Manhattan and continued his education at The French Culinary Institute, where he received a grand diploma in Culinary Arts in 2012. Following Culinary School, he studied in Tuscany, Italy where he developed various skills in combining different ingredients to develop the recipes at Wood and Fire Pizza. Combining his love for cooking and food, he has now created another masterpiece when it comes to Southern Cuisine.
